Didn't he have 54 saves last game, something like 28 saves in the third alone to beat the Sharks? He's definitely doing his best to win a few games. But I guess your point is the Panthers haven't been trying at all, which is so, so true.

haha Ryan Smyth is such a gong show. After gaining possession of the puck after a 30 second scrum behind the Sabres net, instead of reversing into open ice, he skates directly into coverage and promptly turns it over and takes a penalty.
Awesome.
