Anti-vaccination nuts vs Vegans in the final for me.
Anti-vaccination nuts. No explanation required.
Vegans. I guess I know a few too many militant Vegans. maybe not surprising living in So-Cal.
Did you know that Vegan is actually an old native term meaning 'don't hunt so well'

A joke I heard the other day seems relevant:
You meet an atheist, libertarian vegan who does Crossfit; which do they tell you about first?
None, they ask if you've seen Breaking Bad.

Even worse are the people who don't have any gluten-related dietary issues (e.g. Celiac disease) but nonetheless think that gluten is bad for them.

That could easily go in the gear grinder thread for me.

Where does the Anti-GMO crowd fit in, the Vegan crowd or the anti-vaxx people? If population size is concerned, could also lump in the Anti-GMO crowd and organic food movement together.

Dawkins atheists are in a real fight to make it out of the first round. Because of the internet slant, not sure how long they or video game players will last.
Personally hoping the Anti-vaccination nuts go all the way.

Where are the suburbanites and NIMBY'ers?
Also, the Anti-Harper Hippies?

I'd pop them into the anti-vax folks, as many of the Anti-GMO folks are okay with meat, as long as it's antibiotic, homeone free, pasture raised, hugged as much as possible, and when the animal has chosen to die, that it is killed ethically and humanely.
ETA: I think it'll go down to Beliebers vs. Vegans.

I think "Dawkins atheists" is a misnomer, personnally. I'd have used the term "Reddit atheists" to describe that breed of particularly-annoying, immature, in-your-face atheism that makes its home at /r/atheism. Dawkins himself is probably none too pleased that his name is being associated with those jerkoffs.

I would personally agree. Reading Dawkins' works actually are much different than reading what you call "Reddit atheists" claim.
The bracket just calls them Dawkins-styled hardcore atheists (and I'm lazy), so I call them that in this topic.

The annoying atheists.
Also comic book fans, specifically deluded Marvel nuts.
I think it's sad that there's so many Apple sheep that will buy the next model of anything and everything, but they really are just sheep. They don't bitch much.

Inner-city re-vitalizers (a.k.a. latte sippers) didn't make it to the finals? What a joke!

Its because beer snobs are right. The only people who don't think craft beer is better haven't drank craft beer. I mean if your favourite beer is Bud I am sorry you don't like beer.
I would draw the line of a beer snob though as someone one refuses to drink commercial beer when that is all that is available. Because while not as good as good beer the big brands still produce an acceptable product that is delicious.

That is an awesome list. "All Hockey Fans" had me laughing, and such a high seed too.
A few of these I had to look up. I never knew what Team Breezy was, "Prestige" TV (which is shows like Dexter/True Detective etc) or Gl#######s.
Cyclists vs Beer Snobs would be tough as I am sure there would be some serious infighting there.
