Damn. I really want to play Bang! with friends now. Can they get Vince Gilligan to read out the instructions to the game? Actually, just more Vince Gilligan acting would be awesome.

Does this episode mean there is going to be more Brie Larson? If so, I'm happy.

Also, that "stunt double" sequence was perfect.

Worst episode of all time! Dan Harmon should be ashamed. All the jokes about the gas leak season and then he goes and just throws up all over TV.
For shame Dan Harmon! For shame!

I liked it. Not going down as a top 10 favourite but I got some chuckles.

The thing that I find I miss from Troy and Pierce is the lower brow throwaway jokes.

I'm loving that the high level satire has returned. But the mix they had with Pierce and Troy was really great.

An okay episode overall, but the Dean's freestyle rap was one of the highlights of the season for me, as was Abed's apology. The textbook arc didn't really add much but was funny, and the Abed/Annie arc was dealing with some important issues for them, but was sort of uncomfortable to watch. Although not necessarily in a bad way: seeing people humiliate themselves infront of people they love is always uncomfortable. Off the top of my head, I can't recall another episode where Community has made you feel uncomfortable for the characters. And it makes sense that VHS gaming as this weird environment where Annie and Abed, given equal motivation, would battle one-another to a stalemate.

They nailed the DVD gaming. Right down to "Do this" followed by "Did you do it?" And the random bang, boom etc.

I loved the scene where Abed and Annie were arguing and Annie's brother asks to poop, Annie says no just keep cutting carrots, the brother keeps cutting carrots and then Abed says his counter point then "I don't think you heard his question, yes you can poop."

Tonight, David Cross and Dungeons and Dragons 2...

Here's a good, long interview with Dan Harmon by Alan Sepinwall:
Part One, about returning to Community and his relationships with Chevy and Donald: http://www.hitfix.com/whats-alan-wat...harmon-part-1/

Part Two, about planning for Season 5 and how to deal with the Gas Leak Year: http://www.hitfix.com/whats-alan-wat...-harmon-part-2

Part Three is coming either tomorrow or Monday and will deal more with Harmon's other show, Rick and Morty.

After looking at online reviews, I must be crazy. That episode felt great except for tying up Hickey's relationship with his son.

Ehh, didn't do a whole lot for me. David Cross was underused. My favourite line was "Lightning bolt! Lightning bolt! Lightning bolt!"

I'll need to watch a second time to get all the lines. There was a lot of rapid-fire stuff going on.

Britta: "Time to get Red"

Dean: "When I think of you I rub"

Dean: "Back, eight-legged demon! I will not scoop you up with a catalog and let you outside on THIS day!"

Character names (like my kids would select): Crouton, Dingleberry, Fibrosis, Hillary Rodham Kitten, Joseph Gordon Diehard

I love that Joel McHale literally 'Jeff Winger Speeched' Dan Harmon back onto the show.

Goddamit, I look forward to watching Community on Thursday nights. Saw the GI Joe stuff hyping up, so just assumed that was for tonight.

"Community returns April 3". Fata.

So sick of all the sitcoms being delayed every other week, sometimes for 2-3 weeks. Ridiculous. Can't get any flow to a season if you're chopping it up like that. Every show should do like the AMC/Showtime shows and go solid until the finale.

(at least Community is doing it in 5 episode blocks..)

Eh? AMC, now annoyingly (IMO), breaks up their seasons into two parts.
