I've been out to pubs with friends for drinks about a few times since being diagnosed and each time, usually after the first pint, had a crampy pains on the bottom left side of my stomach.

Today, I finally made the connection and tied that pain together with previous pub visits and am sure it's entirely from the beer. I think I have to give it up.
That RRRRRRRRRGMG.
First world problems...
If you can transition to primarily red wine you won't regret it. I drink beer every once in a while but my system seems to handle the vino better and my waist line thanked me too.

Sapporo is a rice wine.
I enjoy the taste if it's on tap, but bought a case last month, drank 1, and have 11 more beer taking up space in my fridge because I'm not a fan of them.

Wines give me a headache, and I swore off of the hard stuff many moons ago.

Since having kids, I am very far from being a heavy drinker. I just love the taste of a cold pint and will probably suck up the discomfort so I can enjoy a bromance beer date every now and then

I stepped in cat puke this morning. It was gross but you definitely have me beat.

Cat puke or dog poop?

Can we get a poll? If cat puke is anything as bad as cat farts then I'd rather step in dog poop.

This experience really GMG: I'm a 30 year old woman, and I went to Lowes on Saturday to buy some stuff for my basement development. As I'm wheeling my cart down the center isle, some old guy (60-70ish) asks me "Where's your babies?". It's a pretty harmless questions, really. So I answered that I didn't have/want babies. He then proceeded to lecture me on the waste it is that I've chosen not to have kids and that a 'nice young thing' like me should really think about my role in society. To sum up his condemnation: I'm letting my uterus go to waste and the last place I should be is Lowes, because you know, that's for men & stuff.

I walked away and ignored him after some of his ranting, and now I wish I would have told him to #### right off. This was the day after International Womans Day. I never really thought women had it bad, and I still don't think we do... but situations like this really shed light on why there is a big feminism movement. It was the most insulting, sexist thing anyone has ever said to me.

Seems like an odd pick up line, but maybe it works for him.....

Yeah this is me to a tee. There are so many foods that make my stomach hurt yet the only thing I have actually sworn off is Edo. And ill still give it a whirl once in a while.

You should have pointed to your cart and said, "I'm building them a pen in my basement so I can go out on Friday and Saturday nights without worrying that they might get into something dangerous. By the way - do you know if they have water dishes somewhere in here?"

Just make sure you are in the right lane on the highway, or people might have issues passing.

People who tailgate in the right lane and make the slower drivers nervous.

Just makes for a bad situation and usually ends up slowing things down.

You should've told him you were gay and then asked if he knew where the turkey basters aisle was.
