13 points (6+7) in his last 15 games. Had only 4 points in the previous 15, so definitely improvement there.

I've heard Drury or Mike say that his defensive game has improved a lot too.

Notre Dame is leading Boston University 3-1, 7 minutes into the 3rd period.
Maine leads Merrimack 2-0 to start the 3rd.
If Notre Dame and Maine hold on to win then Notre Dame will play Boston College and Maine will play Providence.

Yes. Yale moves on to play a best-of-three series next weekend at either Cornell or Quinnipiac (opponent to be determined based on the result of Sunday's Princeton-Clarkson game).
UPDATE: Yale will be playing a best-of-three series against Quinnipiac, the team that Yale defeated to will the 2013 NCAA Championship.

In the Hockey East Quarterfinals, both Boston College and Providence will play the same opponents they played last weekend. BC will host Notre Dame, the team who handed them their first loss since the end of November last weekend. Providence will host Maine, the team they defeated twice at Maine last weekend to earn the third seed.
MSU defeated Michigan 4-3 on Saturday night. Matt DeBlouw had an assist. It was his third of the season, and first since November 1.

Selfishly, I'd like to see Boston College and Yale lose next weekend and only Providence advance. I'd like to see an air lift of talent into the organization. Abbotsford and Calgary could use the bodies!

I wish I had access to more college games in my programming. Is it possible to stream these games? The only college network I have is BTN.

With Boston College, it doesn't matter because they'll get invited to the NCAA Tournament even if they lose next week. The NCAA Tournament starts the last weekend of March.

Games 1 of BC's QF against ND will be March 14th at 7 PM. NESN Will be carrying games 2 and 3 (if needed). Game 2 starts at 4 PM Saturday March 15th. Here is to hoping Iggy scores 3 and puts the Bruins up 5-0 with ten minutes left.. or I may miss puck drop at Conte.

HF updated their top 20 list of Flames prospects today.
http://www.hockeysfuture.com/article...rookie-season/
Ranking:
can't say I agree with all of it (f.e. Poirier, Klimchuk and Granlund should all be higher IMO).

I'd have gone:
1. Sean Monahan
2. Sven Baertschi
3. Johnny Gaudreau
4. Jon Gillies
5. Emile Poirier
6. Markus Granlund
7. Morgan Klimchuk
8. Joni Ortio
9. Tyler Wotherspoon
10. Max Reinhart
11. Mark Jankowski
Edit: Had two #3s. Janko drops out of top 10.

I don't get the love for Sieloff. He had a lot to prove esp. following his extended absence

HF continues to prove why it's a garbage site Granlund at 14? Lol
Flames must have the best prospect pool in the league if Granlund is 14.

Tough to even go in and read that article with the placements of above mentioned Granlund, Klimchuk et al.

Sure. But pre-injury he looked like our best d-man prospect. His development was looking ahead of the curve as well as he was still junior eligible but was going to play in the minors at age 19.
How much losing one year may set him back is up for debate. I think people are giving him the benefit of the doubt. It will be interesting to see if he can make it back this year. A playoff run would probably help his development quite a bit.
He's a pretty unique prospect. He just loves playing physical.

Sieloff looked like a Cory Sarich clone pre-injury. Not quite NHL ready, but not far off, possibly getting a call up like Wotherspoon is currently enjoying now. That injury derailed things for sure. Whether or not he bounces back next year is still up in the air, but his illness wasn't something that should hamper him much physically.
