If you put other people at risk for serious injury, you deserve violence because you don't want to be 2 minutes later.

These types of moves should carry HEAVY fines and major demerits.

That turnoff is one of the worst in the city.

People that force others to take evasive actions because they made a mistake deserve to die of cancer. Such a selfish, selfish mindset.

Buddy was in no risk of harm and he put countless others in harms way.
My list of people who deserve to die of cancer is pretty small. Bernardo for example.

Man, I could not agree more. Nothing drives me bat $hit crazy like someone who holds up others because they are too stupid to figure out what is going on.

I often experience this on Glenmore westbound at the 14th exit. Guys coming from elbow stay in the right lane, even though there is ample room to change lanes, and then they seem surprised when their lane is right turn only on to the 14th south exit.

I had a guy on Thursday, come full stop in the middle of the exit, with his left blinker on. He was so far up the exit that the line was solid... I sat about 1" off his bumper and laid on my horn constant until he gave in and went up the exit.

He gave me the finger. It made me smile.

OTOH, it RGMG that so few people have the common courtesy to make room for someone who's merging into their lane, particularly when they're moving out of a lane that's disappearing. Cmon, I have maybe 200m to get into your lane, just give me a space, it's not that big an inconvenience for you.

Yeah, that's straight #######ly. If I know a lane is ending and I see someone in it, I make sure I'm nowhere near them. Whether I have to slow down or speed up, whatevs. On the other hand, people who go into lanes that end make me laugh, just to watch them merge out after about 5 seconds.

On a three lane street, where the rightmost lane is dedicated to parking, it really grinds my gears when someone turning right is stopped with their tail in the middle lane. There is space in front of the parked cars where you can pull into and then make your turn. Don't sit half in the middle lane for a whole green light while you wait for the pedestrians to get out of your way so you can turn.

Also, people who don't zipper when two lanes merge into one.

WRGMG's is coming to this thread to read interesting posts and reading garbage about traffic and driving. It seriously needs its own thread. I don't give a crap about your stupid traffic venting. It's the same damn complaints over and over. STFU about traffic. No one cares.

Actually, lots of us care. Funny how the thread is named "grind my gears". Go make a "what makes me sad" thread, ya whiner.

What really grinds my gears is when I come home with my daughter and groceries, and someone that lives in the condos down the street is parked in front of my house. There's lots of space across the street. Why park in front of my house when you could park there, and not be a pain in my ass.

It also grinds my gears when people drive really slowly in the left lane.

And seriously, what's up with traffic lights that are only green for like 10 seconds? That REALLY grinds my gears.

WRGMGs is that every half dozen pages someone comes in and complains about a thread started by bad driving turning into a thread about bad driving.

The couple who lives above us that are outrageous with laundry.

They are two people and will literally do 10-15 loads of laundry every weekend. How is that even possible? Do people still bother to sort into every little color?

My wife and I do 2-4 per week, and that includes towels and sheets. How can two people use so much water and laundry machine time?

EDIT: It's a shared laundry, hence the gear grinding

Poorly coded websites/web apps that have outdated ideas like "site hours". No I don't mean call centre hours, or business hours, but literally "these are the hours you may use our website" hours.

Ok fine, maybe they have a good reason for this, but at the very effin least make it clear to the user the difference between an actual login error (eg: bad password) and a "we're closed" notice. Am I unable to login right now because it outside your "site hours" or because my credentials are wrong?

If you screw up parking at Costco then, I don't know, maybe like Fotze said, you probably deserve to die of cancer.

Website hours? I've never heard of that. Other than when certain pages are closed for maintenance or whatever

I swear I think the only reason I use debit for everyday purchases is because it's depressing to get to the end of the month, look on my online banking and see a large number beside my visa bill and have to pay it (I pay it off monthly). There's some psychological difference between a "here's how much money you have" number, and a "here's how much money you have, which is higher, but you also have to pay X dollars to Visa." It's completely stupid, either way it's money spent, yet for some reason...

Any recommendations?
I only get a haircut about every 4-6 months (haircuts GMG), but I have had good experiences at the Marda Loop Barber Shop. There is a new guy running the place (bought it a few months ago), and I have only been there once since, but I came out satisfied. He seems more like a buzzer than a snipper, if that makes sense, but the result was the same.
