I have sympathy for both sides in this - on one hand, the employer is in a really tough position with some of these organizations. A lot of them are too focused on a singular outcome (getting a job for their client), so they can increase their own funding, rather than putting in the time to find their client "the right job".
Of course, the other side of the coin is that some businesses really do a poor job managing persons with disabilities and should be punished for it.
We're likely never going to get the full story with regards to this.

What really grinds my gears is when you get on the train at rush hour and there are people (usually women, from my experience) who sit in the aisle seat and put their purse/bag/backpack in the window seat. I will politely ask them to move over, and if I ever get a response of no, my next statement would be move over before I throw your #### into the aisle.
Yes we get it, you don't want to sit next to anyone. If that's the case, don't take public transit.

It really GMG that daylight savings time is tonight. I have to get up at 430 for work, so to feel like a human at all I have to go to bed between 900 and 930. Make that 800 and 830 tonight.
I work 12 hour shifts too (6-6) so tonight I get home from work, eat, and go to bed. Grr.
Meanwhile my son has been waking up at 6 am lately so daylight savings means I don't have to change anything to get him sleeping to a more reasonable time.
If the world could just agree to stay in daylight savings time ad infinitum that would be great.
And by that, I don't mean people who don't signal at all - I do mostly highway driving, and I find I can usually tell who is going to move over without signalling; their car veers toward the lane slightly.
No, I mean the people who make absolutely unsafe, unnecessary, and ######ed lane changes and think its okay just because they throw their signals on half a second before they do it.
Idiots.

While I agree with your other paragraph, these people shouldn't be let off the hook. It takes one flick of the wrist to signal, there's no excuse no to.
Signaling should be like shoulder-checking. It should be so ingrained in you to do it every single time, that you would do in the middle of the desert when you haven't seen another car for 2 hours. Because I guarantee there will be one time when you don't think about it, but do it anyway, it will save your ass from an accident.

Agreed. But I find the other far more irritating and dangerous.
I find their variety of non-signaling that annoys me the most is when I want to make a left-turn and the people traveling towards me don't signal their turns; so instead I have to assume they are going straight through the intersection and wait, and then I lose my opportunity to go.
Grinds my gears when people drive 10 kms/hr under the speed limit until there is a passing lane, Then proceed to speed up to 10 or 20 km above the speed limit. Pick a speed and stick with it....
It needs to be stated again; Cashiers that place the coins on top of the cash and then awkwardly hand it to you.
The guy today literally had the cash in one hand and the change in the other to start with. It would have been so easy to pass the change for me to throw in my pocket and then the bills for my wallet.
But nope, it's got be passed over in one awkward motion, with the coins spilling out as I try to get my second hand under the first to catch the falling coins.

Speaking of that, someone in this thread made a suggestion (4X4, I think) to deal with the losers that speed up when they see you trying to get ahead of them, because although they're going 70 and you're going 80, it would just kill them if you passed them. I hate these guys more than anything.
Anyways, someone said to try faking them out. I've been testing it here and there, and not only does it work really well, it's hilarious to catch a glimpse of the driver as they realize you're now going too fast for them to be a piece of a **** to you.
I did it to a little VW golf and a F150 this week. Both times, they sensed I was going to go into their lane at a faster speed that wouldn't affect them at all, and both times they started closing the gap. So both times, I slowed right down so the gap opened back up, with both guys obviously feeling smug like "Yeah that's right you stay in that lane".
And then both times just as they got comfortable at their speed, I just gunned it and blew by them. It works really well, and it's great seeing their stupid faces as they feel defeated at something there was no reason to feel defeated about.
