I forgot how much I find Rachel annoying. That voice could drive me insane.

So glad we no longer have to hear the word "tweenies" every 30 seconds. Good riddance.

so the Bopper is out because of an inflamed pancreas...and lucky Mark? gets stuck with Mallory? Poor guy. Good on Phil for letting Mark continue I guess.
The cowboys ran a perfect leg and blew everyone away, kudos to them for playing it on their own. Too many teams try to partner up and the twins nearly blew it for the group that was following them.
Now if we can dump Joey and Meghan...

One annoying team down and two to go. Brendan and Rachel were not overly terrible last night but that voice just hurts. I don't know how someone could put up with that all day every day. She must make up for it in other ways.
The cowboys were great. Same game plan, head down and get to the end. No messing around just get it done. I like them.

I liked the cowboys the last time around and I feel like they'll be my team to cheer for this time as well. Them and Flight Time and Big Easy.

So happy the twinnies are gone. I was considering not watching this season if they lasted past the first couple of episodes. Yes, I hate them that much.

Even though I had them picked I'm very happy the twins are eliminated. Probably the most annoying team in the history of the race.

Bye bye twinnies.

I wouldn't call them the most annoying team ever though they were annoying this time around because they couldn't stop insulting each other. Last time around they started to use it as a strategy which was somewhat clever and they grew on me.

I find the teams that whine about other teams using the rules to their own advantage as the most annoying. It's a game. You got u-turned or they didn't share information with you because it's a game. Get over it.

It's why I like teams such as the cowboys. They put their heads down and race for good or bad....and really that's what the twins did last time out. And why I didn't have nearly the hate for Maria in the last season.

Damn, not a good leg for Team Kentucky. I guess it shows that there does need to be an existing relationship between the players.

That was a tight leg by the end. Smart play by the country girls to get the Express Pass, and also smart for the Cowboys to get rid of it in a situation where it wouldn't bite them.

Yeah, flushing that thing out this early was a smart move. Best to get rid of it early and when you know it will be used.

Team Kentucky got into bitch mode and forgot that it takes teamwork to win. Not a good team at all regardless of the good intentions by Phil.
Now Joey and Meaghan or Brandon and Rachel.

Cowboys proved they are smart, but almost outsmarted themselves by not listening properly to people they asked for help.

-Depending on the time-lapse of going back, I would definitely leave my backpack. Mark's reasons for wanting to go back were absurd. "I'm poor. I have no possessions. I need my backpack" -- She just said she'd buy you a new backpack. "I need my medication" -- She has your motion sickness medication. "She don't know me" -- So?

I question whether the cowboys were acting strategically. Seemed like they were simply wooed by the girls and only later justified giving them the express pass for strategic purposes.

I'd have gone back for my backpack upon retrospect. And I would not have been as polite as Mark was about it.

why couldnt they just go back after they checked in? They would have been top 5 at least, he could hop in an a cab after and go get it.

I thought there was some rule about your backpack needing to be within sight of the mat (to prevent teams from leaving their stuff in the car and running for the mat). That obviously wouldn't apply if you were abandoning the bag but you probably wouldn't be allowed to go and get it after checking in. That and the likelihood that the bag would be stolen before they got back.
