That's awesome great to hear.
I'm still doing it, I've struggled with consistency as well just because of my schedule lately. But I'm still doing it three to four times a week.
I still haven't gone beyond Energy, Fat Burner and Core, and I rotate through those.
Core is just bloody painful but its quick
Energy is there for me to work on my flexibility and some upper body strength. Fat Burner is still a butt kicker and I enjoy it after I'm done.
I'd like to get back up to 5 to 6 days a week and moving onto doing the Diamond Cutter at some point.
But I'm happy with the results, I've plateu'd in terms of progress a bit, and have a ways to go.
But I still enjoy doing it a lot

I started it, but haven't managed to keep going. I did find it really helped with my back and loosened my hip/hamstring/quads muscles. Need to get the discipline to get back into it.

Well, it was designed by a professional wrestler with back problems who used it to prolong his wrestling career, so I'd assume it is great for people with lower back problems. They key to doing this is to modify. Too many times I used to try a new workout and would feel like a failure because I didn't nail it out of the park. DDPYoga preaches to "Make it your own". Need to take a knee? Need to change the pose to make it easier? Do it! You're still getting the benefit of the workout.
I've had knee problems and it has helped me strengthen my knees and I notice I'm much less stiff and sore in my knees, especially the day after playing ice hockey.
I'd say give it a try. Check out some of the testimonials on the website: www.ddpyoga.com. Chris Jericho also prolonged his career that was threatened to end due to back problems.
You spend a lot of time stretching and loosing your back. Take it at your own pace and I bet you'd notice your back improving.
Also note that I am not an expert on back care so if you are concerned you should check with your doctor or physical therapist or whomever you see/have seen about your back problems. My wife is a physical therapist and she has taught some of her patients some of the moves from DDP Yoga to help them with their ailments.

I write my schedule for the week on a whiteboard as well as the last date I did each workout. Seeing old dates helps me to kick my butt in gear to workout more often.

The Red Hot Core really loosens up the hamstrings
I've watched the below the belt work out and it works the hams strings and quads and core too, that will be the workout that I try next.
It looks nasty though.

Has anyone taken this on with the main purpose of improving flexibility? I have terrible hip movement and I want this to be the focus as I already go to the gym and don't need a strengthening program. I've tried regular yoga videos and while they will probably help in the long run, the spiritual (or whatever you call it) aspect of it bores me and turns me off quickly.

I ordered DDP Yoga on this threads feedback. I have not been dissapointed a week in.
I started do the wake up everymorning, and a longer one in the evening.
Ive now started doing energy in the morning. Fat burner and Core in the evening.
I have done Diamond cutter once, and its awesome but long.
There is a little cheese in here, but for the most part, this is the exact yoga program I have been waiting for.

There is no spirituality with DDP Yoga, which was big for me to consider trying it.
I didn't take this with the sole purpose of flexibility but it has improved my flexibility big time. It recommends that you take six pictures before starting then again after 30, 60 and 90 days so you can see how much progress you have made. I only took the day 1 pics but I look back at them and can see how much I've improved my flexibility, hoe much I've toned as well as dropped waist size.
I've also noticed that I'm targetting muscles I never would have hit had I tried to do my normal weight lifting program. I'm building strong and lean muscles. If I changed my diet I could add some bulk too. I've noticed that how you develop your muscles depends on your diet.

I've been doing it for two weeks and I absolutely love it. I'm hooked. It's fun, challenging (but just enough). I've never been able to touch my toes and I'm almost there already.
My energy levels are up, I feel stronger. Can't say enough good about these dvds. I'm glad you guys recommended.

I ordered mine online from www.ddpyoga.com. I've heard that you can get it from the stores that sell stuff you see on TV.
In terms of price, I totally understand trying to save some cash. The price held me back initially, but if you're doing this to improve your life, how can you put a price on that?

A heart rate monitor. Very important. You'll learn how to figure out your maximum heart rate and your minimum heart rate. That is your zone where you want your heart rate to be in. Get a monitor that continually monitors your heart rate (has a chest strap). You can take a quick glance at the watch and know if you need to step it up to raise your heart rate, or if you need to engage a little less to bring your heart rate down.

I've been going strong for about 2 months now, 4 times a week. I do Energy & Red Hot Core twice a week and Fat Burner the other 2 times. I surf in the morning and do the - DP Yoga after work.. Next week I am going to add Below the Belt into the workout in place of one of the Energy workouts. I am doing this mainly for flexibility and in the 2 months I have made great gains - can really tell the difference when surfing.

From what I gather, this is a bit of a discount via the Adam Carolla podcast.

"Oh! I just adjusted my neck! I love when that happens!"
I've recently started doing some new workouts to shake things up. Stand Up is surprisingly tough considering you don't lay down at all. Below the Belt is a good challenge as well.
I;ve been getting up at 5:00am this week to do either Energy or Fat Burner then Red Hot Core. When I'm not in a rush I'll do Diamond Cutter instead. May give Double Black Diamond a try this weekend.
