Moulson and Vanek logjam, prices dropped compared to yesterday, nothing materialized that made sense for us.
Kesler also contributed to logjam
Cap issues. Offered to retain salary to two other teams

Had a 3 way deal to take advantage of Flames cap space for picks but was unable to finish deal by 3 pm.

Would not have traded him for a lower pick.

Colorado came calling about Berra. Wouldnt have done for a lower pick, Berra made lots of progress here. That price tag made it necessary to move him, especially with Ortio's progress.

The prices for Vanek and Moulson yesterday were a lot higher compared to what they were traded for.
The prices fell, so did the Flames price on Cammalleri.
Had some teams call about Butler, but also had preliminary extension talks with him.
