Internet Problems This Morning

Anybody else have internet problems at work this morning? I heard there were a lot of problems with Shaw and Enmax Fibre (Shaw bought them) but no clear reports about what happened.

I heard rumors that there was a DDoS attack against Shaw?

Unsure what's going on but I have received notification from the University that there will be some problems with access due to issues with Shaw.

Wouldn't surprise me. I was trying to pay my Shaw bill around 11:30 last night and their website kept going down.

No problems with Shaw this morning.

CalgaryPuck was deathly slow for about an hour or two this morning. Just got DNS errors half the time, when the page wouldn't load on both mobile and through Shaw. Was the only site doing that though.

Yeah it was the Internet issues that were causing connectivity problems to our servers. I had some issues last night at home as well.

Yep, we did with Shaw. I was on phone with Barracuda tech support thinking it was an issue with our web filter as line bypassing the filter appeared to be fine. Turns out it was an ISP issue and service was just intermittent.

All shaw services were down in my neighborhood for most of Sunday.

Had issues with a number of things since last night but on Telus.
