No, the police said they purposely shot at the passenger because of her actions. No idea what her actions were, but I'm pretty sure a cop doesn't shoot at a woman for no reason.

Everyone gets that, the cops have stated she wasn't shot by stray bullets but was shot for her actions...this is what people are trying to figure out.

I presume they aren't saying anything because of the ASIRT investigation. I don't actually know that - I'm just guessing.

Hanson specifically said she was shot on her own accord, separately from the male. Aside from the location/existence of the alleged gun, nothing was really held back.

In one of Acey's earlier posts, it was reported that the officers fired their service weapons after the woman showed signs of aggression. There was also something in a linked article that spoke about it, but it wasn't specific.
