You can be sure the Oilers management team has noticed that the Sabres have won three in a row. Full Oiler mode will begin in earnest!

Horrible call results in a no goal for the Wild. Lack wasn't touched at all and the Minny player was in front of the crease. Stupid Canucks.

The Canucks get an in-house panel for every home game.

The Alberta teams have it so bad in terms of coverage. Unacceptable really.

They could use Cammalleri and Stempniak.

Why would two chronically poor teams in small markets be deserving of an in-house panel for every home game?

Well, I suppose we do get 60 seconds of Roger and Eric Francis between home periods. Of course, we also get re-run intermissions about potential trade deadline targets around the league.

Oilers just clinched 2nd in the division and a playoff spot in an entertaining 4-1 victory.

Talking about the Okotoks Oilers of course.

The Blues offence has looked horrible the last two games. Did Steen used to play with Backes on the top line before? Because the last two games, Hitchcock has had them on separate lines until the third period tonight.

Ha ha, Eddie Lack has the Swedish Chef on the back of his mask.

Wild win 2-1 over the Nucks in the shootout.

The Sabres have sure turned it on since the Olympic break as they won their 3rd straight game, 4-2 over the Sharks. The magic of Ted Nolan coaching Team Latvia has carried over to the Sabres. Enroth put on a Miller time performance as he faced 38 shots in the win. Niemi only had 19 shots and no points for Pavelski. The back up for Enroth was Ryan Vinz, "the director of technology for Buffalo's HarborCenter and former video goaltending coach at Clarkson University, to a professional tryout agreement to dress as the backup." The Avs win 4-2 over the Coyotes. Varlamov stopped 40 Phoenix shots in the win. Landeskog had 3 points for the Avs and they are now just 3 points back of the Central Divsion leaders. The Blues lose 1-0 in reg time to the Ducks. Cogliano scored the winning goal at 3:39 of the 1st period. Hiller with the SHUTOUT with 18 saves. Elliot also 18 saves in the loss, his back up was "Jeff Tyni, a Ducks' locker room attendant, served as Elliott's backup." The Wild beat the Canucks 2-1 in the SO. The weird thing in the SO was that both teams went 0-6 until Fontaine scored and Booth was stopped. Kuemper played very well in net for the Wild, Lack was very good too in the Canucks net. Kesler scored a SHG and Parise had a PPG, both in the 1st period.
