Price is a solid NHL #1. Why was there any debate?

I think that's it. It just doesn't have the same fear and doubt as 2010. I was more amped on Friday but even then I was pretty confident the Canadians were going to win.

Sweden just can't come close to competing down the middle with this lineup, too bad for them they're missing their top three centers.

The speed of the corners, the hustle, the puck control. It's fantastic.

Hmmm I dunno, I think I liked our 2010 better. But I think the stakes were also higher, anything less than gold at home.
Here we're used to losing on the international ice. While we still feel we're a favorite I think a lot of people were prepared for a loss more than last time.

Canada in Vancouver: 35 goals, 16 goals allowed. Canada in Sochi (w/ a period to go): 16 goals, 3 goals allowed.

Mark Lee and Cassie Campbell Pascal are calling the game on the radio.

I liked the 2002 team better, the stakes were just as high especially with the disappointing result in 1998. Canada has won on the bigger ice and that was in Salt Lake City 2002.

I'd love for Benn to get a goal in this game. He's been a real standout.

This is one of the most talented teams. I can't believe the talent. 9-0 was possible. This is ridiculous.

The only thing that breeds any doubt with this team is they're not scoring as much as they deserve. But at the same time, don't look tobe in any danger.

There was a debate when Halak was in Montreal. Great in the regular season but Price's playoff record is 9-17.

Marleau has had a very solid tournament. Leaving no doubt that he belonged on this team
