Default Where will you be for Hockey Mens gold medal game?

I will be in Edmonton , likely at Hudsons on Whyte.

I'm curious though, where will all of you be?

I'll be getting off work an hour before the game, I'll be swinging by the Liquor store today before work to pick up some beverages. Unless theres a game viewing party being organized by staff after I'll be at home.

At home with a cup of coffee.

Definitely not a judgement comment, but I can't figure out why people campaigned so hard to have liquor available at 5 in the freaking morning. I know they're justifying it because of the magnitude of the game, but if I had a drink that early my whole day would be shot to hell.

I plan on recording the game and turning my phone off, allowing me to watch it at a far more civilized 8am.

I'll be 20 yards away from Grace Bay in Turks and Caicos watching the game with a coffee, taking a dip in the Atlantic in the intermissions

And probably the next day as well.

I'll be at home. I may risk a brewski by the second period if things are going well but good Lord thats early to start drinking.

This is all ass-backwards. They should have scheduled the game in the middle of the night in Russia so we Canadians could watch it at a decent hour. Lord knows the Russians wouldnt give a crap about drinking through the night and all of the next day but over here we have jobs.

Going to a friends house to watch near 17th, then maybe see what's happening around there if we win. Should be a pretty cool experience.

This game has a specific time and place in every Winter Olympics does it not?

I believe the Men's hockey gold as the premier event of the games is the final event to occur and final medals handed out before the closing ceremonies.

Also your xenophobic comments about Russia are really uncalled for.
