It's hilarious CBC camped out waiting for this nefarious monster. I can imagine them looking at cellphone pictures to confirm they've got positive ID. Next stop is the Wal-Mart parking lot to bust people parking in expecting mothers stalls.

Can we add a poll?
OPTION 1. I will not be satisfied until "P" - for poop - is branded on this woman's forehead, and she is then put into the stocks for maximum public shaming. She should also have no desserts for a week.
OPTION 2. I will not be satisfied until this woman's reputation is redeemed, and everyone who has seen her picture is forced to pay her a dollar, and she gets her own show on that animal network that'll broadcast just about anything with a dog in it. Also, the Pope should look into canonizing her, for she has suffered immensely and is an example for all to emulate.
OPTION 3. I will not be satisfied until Red-Mile-DJ explains how a guy who sounds like an angry grampa can actually party hard like any self-respecting DJ should.

For three decades, growth in Canadian labour productivity (at its simplest, output in dollars per hour worked) has lagged behind productivity growth in the United States and other major countries. A recent update of the productivity data by Statistics Canada, to the end of 2011, has revealed that the problem has gotten even worse.

But the inescapable bottom line is that growth in Canadian labour productivity is falling further behind that of our American neighbours; the problem is even worse than previously thought. Unless productivity growth becomes more of a national priority, there is no reason to expect that long-term pattern to change.
Is there some sort of public shaming we can do to expose those individuals who are destroying Canada by reducing our productivity by posting on internet forums during the workday?

What this woman did - or more accurately, allowed her dog to do - was desecrate a grave site. That warrants public shaming, imnsho. And a fine by bylaw, but not much else.
