This will help. Previously, you had to apply to open early.

I know sharks club is open in the north east. You can reserve tables if you call in ahead of time. We have one set for 5 am. Though they did tell us no alcohol will be served and if your drunk from the night before, you will not be allowed entry, but they will be serving breakfast.
