Default Where is a good spot to watch CAN vs USA

Anybody recommend their favourite spot?

If you go by commercials McDonalds is apparently where everyone goes to watch the Olympics. I hear they have a deal on McNuggets as well!

I've watched a couple at Jamesons (technically opens at 10, but they usually let people in before the game to settle in). Decent breakfast special for 7 bux. No beer specials. If you're willing to pay 9 dollars for the over priced "victory bottles" of canadian, you get a ballot for a jersey that they draw at the end of the game. The game against Finland was fully packed, and people were yelling. It was a great atmosphere.

Edit: I just found out if you text "GOLD" to 985985 (Vibe 98.5 contest) you enter to win a gift card for Jamesons. However, you also get a 2 for 1 app deal. Not fantastic, but free food for the game never hurts.

I also just got an e-mail from cowboys saying they're showing the game and doors open at 930.

Also, Killkenny has happy hour all day til 6pm. They opened for the Latvia game at 10am, so I assume they'll be open Friday. I believe happy hour is 25 or 30% off alcohol. They have some really nice seats/tvs, but then some bad ones. You'd want to be prompt.

In this neck of the woods, if you live close to the 49th parallel, cross the border and cheer on your team as a foreigner.

I called Flames Central and it's been booked solid since two weeks ago.. Interesting how they take reservations for a full hockey game. I'll be at Shanks South then, I confirmed it's first come first serve. I hope their breakfast is good!

You know, I actually watched the end of the women's game today at the McD's on 17th Ave by 14th Street today. Good excited crowd in there!
