I think that's all of them. 3 are now in the Canes' organization.

They want to be a world class Olympic training facility so I think putting in a rink that has some proper seating would make sense. I mean jeez, the chaos of getting into there for the Development Camp practices or the Flames ones after the lockout should make it obvious people would go.

Calgary is the strongest hockey market on this side of the continent, is it not?

Based on the attendance at both Flames and Hitmen games, I would think so. Our WHL team draws around 8,000 a night. Certain promo nights (Teddy Bear Toss, Fan Appreciation Night) they have sold out the Dome.
Edit: I think the fact we also have a ton of Oil and Gas money and corporate head offices, there is a ton of money to throw around to support hockey teams.

Some sloppy play... but the refs are really reluctant to put the Heat on the PP.

Yea, it's not the biggest, but everyone plays hockey and as they skate around money falls out of their pockets.

That didn't look good for Locke. Hit from behind trying to get to the bench.

Heat going to the box. Reinhart off for interference.
Checkers get the 1st PP of the game.
