i never like formats with wildcard teams.
for example tomorrow Canada and Finland play last and with their superior goal differences over Russia and US they could agree to not score in 60 minutes and guarantee that both teams finish in the top 4 and Russia finish 5. Then play out overtime and SO for the better seeding.
Not that they would but they could!
If it were me, I've have had 16 teams in the tournament, top team in each of the 4 groups goes to the quarters, 2nd and 3rd playoff and 4th gets eliminated. In my scenario, the Austria-Norway game tomorrow is an elimination game where it really is for nothing. You can't have a round-robin and eliminate nobody!
