Sweden is without their top 2 centers in Zetterberg and Sedin, that instantly makes it more difficult for them to score.

Anyone else despise the cookie cutter jerseys in the Olympics? In the US/Slovak game it almost looked like it was an inter-squad game at a glance. Just horrible.
These countries need to work with Nike and develop unique jerseys for each country.

I noticed that too, I kept thinking they were us
I should also give some props to some of the more unique ones too.
Love Finland's.
Sweden and the Swiss are simply but effective.
Lativia is solid too.

I really respect Sweden's attitude towards national team jerseys. With minor variations, they've been kept pretty much the same. Seems like every other team wants to design their jerseys as loud and as unidentifiable as possible. I wonder if there is an Internet resource that shows jersey history for each major national hockey team. It would be interesting to see.

I think they update them daily...USA was just bumped a few points...obviously it doesn't matter just kinda funny...5th and 6th ranked teams are doing pretty good
