Good thing Kevin Lowe is in the building. He knows a thing about winning.

Okay I really like how Getz's line is playing below the hache marks. Don't change a thing.

Sweden is at +3 actually, not sure where you got +8 from.
USA is +6, Russia is +3 both only have played 1 game and play each other tomorrow.

Really like the way Pietrangelo has played the first two games. Looks very composed. The entire defence looks so solid.

I really don't think things like goal differential should be a consideration. At their best level of play, Canada cannot lose to anyone in this tournament. That should be the focus more than anything, trying to get to the best level they can.

Solid win. Not much to complain about. Just getting better every period. Be interesting to see what the lineup looks like for Sunday.

I don't know...Price allowed one but it was a fluke. Lou had a crossbar that could have easily gone in. If it was Price in the first place I'm not sure he should lose his spot

You know what, I'm not sure. I think they've leaned towards Price from the start, and unless he bombed yesterday he was probably going to be their guy.
But who knows, I could be way off. You really can't go wrong with either guy.

So let the speculation begin...
Luongo looked better than Price. Who starts vs. Finland? I think it's still Price. He didn't really lose his spot, if he was the guy going into the tourney.
Who are the scratches? I want them to be Kunitz and Vlasic.

I think Luongo is Babcock's guy and it was going to happen anyway, Hrudey mentioned when Price was announced vs Norway he thought they were just giving Luongo an extra day off with the travel
first 2 games probably didnt effect anything either way but Price gave the puck away that led to the Norway goal yesterday and has less international/playoff experience
Luongo had to face 4 or 5 good chances today and looked solid

I think Price starts Sunday.
Subban out on defence.
No clue about the forward, could be Kunitz.

Kunitz was probably the worst player on the ice for Canada.

Bob McKenzie @TSNBobMcKenzie 52s
So who starts in G for CAN on Sun vs. FIN? Sure looks like table is set for Luongo. Coming off shutout, Babcock's schedule rotation in 2010.
|
I do hope he announces it today though
no point to keep it a secret and have it even be an issue for the media here rest of the day and tomorrow
