Many that have been mentioned so far for me:

War of The Worlds
Signs
The Mist
Road House
Ford Fairlane
Cloverfield

#1 though that I can watch over and over again and most think it is way too cheesy and not very good, Armageddon. Just love that flick.

I watched the Lone Ranger on the weekend and it was actually pretty good. Also there was quite the hate in a thread for Pacific Rim, that was great.

I'm going to say this about Freddy Got Fingered…watch it again when you're not a teenager and tell me what you think. I just watched a few long clips of it and while there's some funny spots, it's very cringe-worthy throughout.

Anyone else like the Scary Movie's? I find some of the jokes in them hilarious, while others are cringe worthy. The movies themselves aren't great, but they are pretty funny for what they are. I would put them way ahead of most spoof films being released these days.

I also really liked Knowing, or at least the 2/3 of it. The ending was a giant letdown.

The first few are pretty funny. But they just got worse and worse and the new spoofs you speak of (I'm guessing Epic Movie/Something about Spartans?/ etc..) are written by the same people, and thus I hate all of them.

The things that makes it funny are not the gags in the movie, it's just that the movie was made at all. Tom Green made a mockery of Hollywood. The fact he conned a big studio to fund it it and then blew the budget by filming in Morocco is hilarious to me.

The best part of that movie was when John Travolta told Steven Tyler what his song was actually about and Tyler goes something like "woooo man. You're right!"

I actually enjoyed that one too, thought The Rock was hilarious.

1941. I know that film is a total mess but I find it hilarious, just can't stop watching it if its playing. I also like Showgirls, though I would agree its an awful film.
