Aww man, I just realized that as much as I cherished Tywin's death at the end of book 3, that means that we're going to be losing Charles Dance from the series. Such an awesome actor and he elevated the character far beyond the books IMO

Losing Charles Dance will be tough to swallow. Luckily we get to see Jack Gleeson choke to death.

Another plus is the zombie-Catelyn reveal which I'm sure will be right before the credits on the final episode. Seeing the TV-only crowd reaction to that will be great

Agreed. I was so glad when Cat was killed off, only to feel deflated once she was brought back. One of the worst characters in the series and easily the dumbest. Just stay dead!

K we don't have to talk in code in this thread lol, and my memory is hazy. But LF pushes her through the moon door...

Lysa, bordering on insanity, reveals how she had persuaded Jon Arryn to get Littlefinger his first post, and how she had done as he said when Petyr told her to put the Tears of Lys in her husband’s wine. He also had her write the letter to her sister falsely naming the Lannisters as Jon Arryn’s murderers. Petyr promises never to leave her side again, and as she falls into his arms, he tells her he has only ever loved one woman... Cat. He then shoves her out the Moon Door. He calls for the guards, accusing Marillion of killing his wife…

That will be a great ending.

That was by far my favourite and biggest WTF? moment in the books.

Even moreso than Ned's death or the RW.

Won't even be close to the red wedding reaction, because who the hell cares if Lysa dies? Pretty much nobody. It was a bit surprising yeah, but maybe if he pushed Sansa out instead there would be a similar reaction.

I do think it coming out that LF/Lysa were behind everything will be a shock though, not in the same vein of the Red Wedding but in a different kind

plus just to end the episode with "Only Cat" followed by silence or just wind
