ouch, ouch, ouch! This course is awfully designed. For the heavier men I'm sure it will be fine, but that was rough. that leg looks destroyed.

They're going to have to look into changing this event if it wants to stick around. Just way too risky to keep something this dangerous at the Olympics you would think.

It's not the event as much as it is the terrible conditions. Sure, the event -is- risky, but this is significantly less risky than half-pipe. But it's just a terrible course design and the conditions have been getting worse.

It's the inaugural event, and I am sure officials are watching it very closely. The course is definitely part of the issue, but it doesn't make it look safe when half of the competitors are crashing.
