Default Northwest Vs Silverhill Acura

Any opinions/experiences on which dealer best to deal with for ongoing vehicle service?
(I had posted in general automotive thread and got a couple of interesting comments, but the thread quickly changes to random topics.)

I recently purchased a used one that was originally bought at Silverhill.

Location not a big deal - 1 is closer to home - 1 closer to work.

Any insight/shared experiences greatly appreciated.

I have only dealt with Silverhill service but they have always been top notch. When I was a single lad owning an Integra GSR, I would bring it there for service and they would always treat me exactly like the 50 year old customer behind with big money. That is a reason why our family will always have an Acura SUV in the garage. Highly recommend the service side. Sales is another story.

I prefer the sales staff at NW and the service at Silverhill

I always find the service at NW to be spotty and they're always trying to nickle and dime you on everything

I also found the pricing cheaper at Sliverhill for similar services than at NW

you probably already read what i said , i worked for silver hill years and years ago , in that time period they treated the customers amazing and bent over for quite a few things. I say that even though they didnt treat me as an employee right.

My experience was the exact opposite at NW acura. I was waiting for my car to get an oil change one day, when in walks my buddy's dad. I start talking with him, he's getting an oil change too. Both of us had appointments, mine earlier than his by 30 minutes. He was out pretty shortly after arriving and I was kept waiting for well over an hour longer. I haven't been back to northwest since then.

Big fan of silverhill, though I never tried the other.

We serviced our Acura there for a decade and they were awesome. I almost bought another Acura even though it didn't really fit what I needed, just to keep going there. I am a freak for that place.
