So Ramo went down with an injury tonight in the Flames game. If out for awhile, they will need to call up (or sign) a goalie. MacDonald is out, so maybe Ortio gets a look?

Hanowski sitting for Gilles is garbage.

If Ortio gets called up to Calgary, does Olivier Roy get a chance?

I don't mind Ortio getting a couple of NHL games even if he struggles. Get that NHL shock out of the way this season so he knows what to expect when he challenges for a spot at the start of the next.

What's with Ortio wearing his old helmet?

At this point he would have to as MacDonald is injured. Roy would be the top, healthy goaltender in the system.

Billins has an assist added to the first Reinhart goal.

Reinhart from Granlund and Billins

I think he was losing a bunch in the new one (that bad stretch in December/January) so he put the old one on. Goalie thing.

not sure if Sven meant to make that play but that was a beauty looking move to get it through to Jooris

When does Granlund get the callup? That is NHL talent on display. That is what Baertschi should be showing in the AHL. Great passing. Great head for the game. Great hands and a lethal shot. Granlund deserves to be in the NHL. He's quickly becoming my favorite under rated prospect, surpassing Bill Arnold.

That goal looked almost identical to the play he made to Jooris on his goal the night before as well.

Somehow they've been able to get the Sleeman's and soda below freezing point without it turning to a solid, which is downright awesome. (That's just my theory).
Sleeman's, Panago and edible burgers... Sounds like heaven compared to the crap they sell at the Dome.

Glad to see Baertschi contributing in back to back games. Hopefully this is a sign of things to come.
