Someone find that gif where he's staring laser eyed after a goal with the slow smile creeping onto his face. Priceless expression.

And Francis said he's been a disappointment this year.

He's everything I want the Flames to be.

Eric Francis knows less about hockey than at least 50% of the posters on this forum. I absolutely cannot stand him.

I guess, after his preseason, Francis expected 50goals.

Are any REAL flames followers disappointed with his play?

Heck no. He's been one of the best players this year for us on both ends of the ice.

Convinced it was the intention to have Bouma replace Kostopolous prior to Bouma's injury a couple years back.

Seems to have bounced back big time since though. Definitely does not look out of place on the fourth line, maybe even third as upside.

4th line, PK and impressed Hartley enough to earn PP time

Has an opportunity to use his ice time to earn more and does.

Kudos to Bouma.

Bouma's a manchild and a shot blocking machine. I'm thinking he'll be a lifer as a Flame.

"I like XXXX" to "XXXX Frickin/Fricken XXXX" to "I love XXXX"

Am I missing a piece of the evolution chart?

I think that sums it up.
