When you're a sportscaster you're expected to maintain a certain degree of professionalism, which includes at least pronouncing the games properly.
If you watch Beesley's "The other voice of the Flames" vid, every game he visits Peter Maher in the press box and goes over the visiting team's pronounciations, and because he's the goal announcer there's a good chance he won't even say half those names.
That's professionalism.
Then there's Dinklips, who thinks that enthusiasm and squealing is a perfectly acceptable replacement for that.
