Assists will come. He's a shoot first kind of guy which I think is great. Many rookies are not. He's got confidence and wants to do it. We will be loving this attitude in the Flames next captain for years to come.

Wes Gilbertson @SUNGilbertson 59m
To reiterate, #Flames LW Michael Cammalleri did not have a setback in recovery from concussion, just working to get fitness level back.

#Flames Cammalleri: You get (fitness) back quick, no doubt, but you lose it quick also. It takes a bit to get your legs under you.”
As with everything Hartley. You have to be at your best fitness level every time you step on the ice. Cammy isn't ready yet.

Thats what I like about Bob....being better than before u were injured is what matters
I do wish Cammy was back though ...better chance to win even tho this streak is without him.

Who takes Cammy's spot if Blair Jones is already re-assigned?

Byron is still up with the team. So I would guess Byron. Unless they're doing a trade with SJ for something. And just getting that player to switch locker rooms.

I guarantee anyone here even suggesting it, but if does Cammalleri get traded, you will most certainly not see it until the first days of March.
Burke said himself, he believes the best offers will come last minute. There's no way he's going to pull the trigger this early.

They might trade him as soon as possible just in case he gets hurt again and they can't move him at all. The other players are less risky, Cammalleri seems to get hurt more often.

I think Burke actually said that he hasn't seen a difference in trade value earlier on in the season vs the trade deadline. He just feels there may not be much movement until close to the actual deadline, as teams may be unwilling to add to their cap so early, even with salary retention.

Sorry, just read that that's a tentative lineup. Hartley hasn't decided yet if it'll be Street or Byron in tonight. If it's Byron, expect him to take Colborne's spot and Colborne to center the 4th line.

I would greatly prefer that this be the case. Would prefer Colborne centering the 4th line than Street. Oh and don't dress both goons regularly Bob, so Street with Colborne & McGrattan on the 4th (or Westgarth in place of McGrattan).

What are Stemp's statistics lately? I think he's on a point streak

I agree with FFF, the lines from last game seem to have good chemistry. Even the West- Street- Grats line lookd good out there and had a few chances their last couple of games.

In the last 5 games he's had 5 assists. 3 were in one game. 0 points in 2 of those games, and a +/- of +1 in those 5 games.

^ Could have sworn he scored a goal or two... I don't remember. Hudler's been very quiet as of late. The bright side about that is other team members are contributing besides him.

So what we're saying here is Stempniak is trending back up to some decent trade value closer to the deadline. Good news!
