Default Sending Photos to Companies

So my mom's restaurant had their freezer malfunction resulting in an insurance claim, and one of the things that they're asking are photos of the spoiled products. Issue is, the two contacts she's speaking with cannot access anything like Google Drive because of Internet restrictions. Their requests have also included:

- Make the photos less than 1MB in size
- 'To scan and fax the photos' (what...?)

I guess I might be able to compress the pictures into a zip package but no idea if I'll be wasting my time.

So I guess what I'm asking for is any advice on sending over 50MB of photos which meet their requests.

You could combine them into a PDF and use the reduce file size option when saving. That may help.

How many photos? Outlook has a good feature which shrinks photos after you attach them. Average size is about 300k when I have done it. I think gmail also does this too now.

Just resize each photo to 1024 X 768 or smaller and send multiple emails.

What regulator said. If all else fails, you can use MSPaint to resize.

Get some googly-eyes. That always works.

Email and ask them to get a real IT department that makes what appears to be a requirement of their business easy.
