I tried forever to get "End of the World As We Know It", but ultimately gave up. But still have most of it upstairs. But I have "We Didn't Start The Fire" memorized.
Heheh, those are the fun ones to do. Like One Week from Barenaked Ladies. Some rap songs get really busy and jumbled too.
Edit: To add, I remember practicing a while to get One Bourbon... by George Thorogood down pat. That was fun.
Maybe still the entire score from Phantom of the Opera , and used to be able to do Les Mes and Cats and others when I was going through that phase.

Did you ever play an instrument? I find it easy to remember songs (lyrics and melody), but I figured that it was just because of the many many years of concert and jazz band.

But certainty is an absurd one.
Literally hundreds, and most of them I can legit sing/rap as well.
Comes with being a musician who plays in cover bands as well, and lots of karaoke. Though, I'm usually just a backup/harmonizing vocalist but when playing covers, you learn to take a lot of cues from the vocals, and in turn, learn the lyrics quite well.
Hardest song? I can rap the entire Deltron 3030 album cover to cover.
I could easily belt out Dark Side of the Moon from start to finish, except for the parts with wordless vocals.
Not a problem. I'd add Live Bullet and Goodbye Yellow Brick Road. Probably most of the Eagles Greatest Hits too. When Seger was in Edmonton last year most of the people around me seemingly knew(sang) every song.
Fresh Prince of Bel-Aire, Bohemian Rhapsody, 40 Day Dream, Things I Haven't Done, Hit Em Up, Can't C Me, My Dick, Roses, Peruvian Cocaine, Get Lucky, Angel, Lose Yourself, California Dreamin', Free Bird, & Magic Carpet Ride. I imagine I probably missed a few just skimming through my library artists.

Took piano for about six years. Messed around with guitar in the last year of high school and few years after. Didn't get terribly proficient in either, but know a little. Could be part of it for sure. I do know from other things though, I have a pretty good memory.
I thought I was the only one. I can probably play it on a piano if I've heard it twice though. Lyrics....takes me a while.
I find it so interesting how different brains work. As I mentioned above, I'm the complete opposite, though I often wished I had your ability when I played piano.
I can nail Happy Birthday if there are candles around. I have a tough time doing it by myself though, because I'm usually crying after the first couple words.
I've got a few Christmas carols clocked too. Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer... I picked that up pretty young. I have a photographic memory. I also know Happy Birthday.

Mostly songs that I sing my son for bedtime. So, lots of Tom Waits (Eyeball Kid, Chocolate Jesus), lots of 80s stuff (Echo Beach, Africa, We Built this City, That's Entertainment).
