I play on PC.

I don't know how well it works, but if you have an nvidia card you can get it to set the "ideal" settings for you. In sure there are tweaks out there as well to maximize performance. I just haven't looked for them.

Perhaps if it becomes a reality Razer's Project Christine is for you.

I played BF3 on PC and really liked it. I felt like I was a good player and the game ran well on Ultra (45-60 FPS).

But BF4 just isn't working well on my PC for whatever reason (this has always been my biggest problem with PC gaming). I'm not nearly as good with a controller as I am with a mouse, but I figured others have the same handicap.

Is anything different or lesser in the console versions? Do people talk much?
I play on ps3 and the graphics aren't as sharp, and there is only 12 players a side max. With regards to talking, I play with a couple friends and others jump in our squad and we are always talking...

I would take caution though when jumping into the boat of someone you don't know, you might get a lashing

That was pretty good, I'm surprised it credited him with the kills.

That's pretty cool. I'll probably take advantage of the pistol shortcut as it'll take me forever otherwise.

Are they ever gonna sell the overall shortcuts like they did in BF3?

Haven't played BF4 in over a month. I guess I'll log in for a match or two each day just to get the free battlepacks. I'd really like to see them develop a new map pack outside of the ones they have planned and release it for free. Even if it's just a collection of BF3 maps.

Has anyone been doing any Shadowplaying of their BF4 moments?

I've got a few if anyone is interested.

I had premium on bf3 and I'm glad I didn't waste the money on this one yet. Too many bugs still for my to pony up the money for it.

I did too but I have never played a China rising map and I have logged multiple hours. I even tried to "browse" servers to find maps but when I browse it says nothing is available.

When you browse for China rising, I assume you want pay Conquest? The trick is there is also the "Conquest Large" option. That's what you need to select for PS4. It seems there are no "Conquest" servers for PS4. A couple times I wanted to try the China Rising maps, and had no trouble finding a server. Just make sure your other options are sensible. It might be that all the servers are full, so include full servers in the results, and hop in the queue.

I don't know what everyone is talking about with all the bugs? Is that PC? On PS4, it has been pretty solid for the last month. I haven't had any random crashes in January. The audio still has issues in the first 10 seconds of the match, but quickly resolves itself. What I have been experiencing issues with is rubber banding, but that is happening on PC games as well, so I'm blaming Shaw for that.

Still enjoying the game, but still not really into the maps. Can't wait for the BF3 classic map pack.

Heads up for anyone with a newer AMD video card on PC. Mantle is being released and new drivers are/should be out. It looks as though it is going to be a nice performance increase!

On next gen systems you have to select "conquest Large" to find servers.

Personally I think 64 man servers are too big, too much going on and it makes it nearly impossible to fly a chopper for longer than 30 seconds.

I haven't had any issues with crashing either, Rubberbanding on maps like han resort in jets and Lag Dam are still pretty bad.

Mine seemed to clean up since I posted that last.

I've actually noticed more servers with less people in them lately and it's quite nice.
