In the truck, Alanis Morrisette, Jagged Little Pill. In the computer in the house, Clint Black, Greatest Hits.
A bit of a contrast.

I bought these all together a couple of days ago:
George Strait-50 Number Ones
Public Enemy-Fear of a Black Planet
Velvet Revolver-Contraband
The cashier at Best Buy looked at me like I was insane.

I welcome the break!
Haven't had much time for music lately, although I'm finally going to start taking my MP3 player out at work with me.
Right now in the truck I've fallen back to Dave Matthews Band "Crash".
Would probably be listening to Velvet Revolver but my sister 'borrowed' it from me about 6 weeks ago.
Nice choices Agamemnon.

Not too shabby yourself.
I've also seen some ad's on tv the last couple of days about Shatner's new CD done by Ben Folds. Anyone heard it? Some of it sounds hilarious!

It's great, from what I remember .
It makes me miss Guns N Roses though, because Slash has such a distinctive style and it is evident on this record.

Big Audio Dynamte - Planet BAD One of my favorites! Where did you find Flogging Molly - I couldn't find it last time at MegaTunes?
Car - Best of the Hip Is that necessary? Just turn on CJ 92 All Hip, All the Time.
Car: Six home-made compilations
Family Room: Mark Lanegan Band - "Bubblegum"
Discman: Animal Collective - "Sung Tongs"
Bedroom: XTC - "Mummer", Rogue Wave - Öut of the Shadow", Drive-By Truckers "The Dirty South", Interpol - Antics"

Really good best of album. I really like the Strummer/ Jones song. Mick Jones was definitely the undisputed musical genious of the Clash. Strummer could write the lyrics and had in my opinion the best voice ever in rock n roll.
But man can Mick arrange an album.
I picked up Flogging Molly at A&B Sound, apparently I got the last one in the city before the next shipment. Its an incredible disc, been in my player for like 3 weeks.
There 2 previous albums, Swagger and Drunken Lullabies are both highly recommendable and should be easy to find.

Nope. She's listening to something with Sheryl Crow and Kid Rock these days.
