Don't think it's so much a knack as I think he's just so used to seeing it unfold in front of him that he knew exactly where to go to get open.

Guess it's better posted here, but I've been supporting the 'no good' thread to keep it on page one, powers that be damn them! Haha

I do think though that the sebatical stuff is all Oiler propeganda, meant to keep the inept machine alive. Why?? That's another story which most of us know the answer to (and yes, Oiler fans are catching on rapidly and rampantly) and is being played out before out very eyes. This kind of news, which really is no news, would have been kept behind closed doors.

If it was actual news and Lowe did actually take a leave of absence, then yeah, I could see it being newsworthy. Is the blue koolaid really pumping down the QE2 for anyone to believe this crap?? Can anyone make up a list of all the trash said from that trash organization that has come to pass in the past 7 years or so??!

It's only news because the Oilers want to make it news. It's already been said fans may have to buckle on the muzzles to get in (but what if they eek out a win??haha) but they already are trying to control the masses in one form or another. Free speech ain't cool there.

Now we get this 'bombshell.' Well, sorry but IMO Katz and Lowe agreed upon this and publicized it to ease the pressure of big K guy. Very easy to see through, given their past. It's shameful and not even that funny. A bit funny? Yes. I do laugh. But it's a laugh I reserve for people caught with their pants down and have nowhere to turn. Like the Oilers. It's pathetic, regardless how we interpret that news flash. They've been full of hype and flimsy excuses for years. They've become a laughing stock and even pundits who exclaimed them as 'something special' are starting to give them the stinky eye. Except for Ron MacLean and Healy. That's a gem, if you happened to hear that. I think it was in the first intermission of the Jets-Leafs game. Ridiculous.
