Mostly heavy stuff...
Mammoth grinder
Cursed
Trap them
Coliseum
Burning love
Paint it black
Career suicide
Discharge

Sometimes I mix in some "softer" stuff like the Marked Men or The Lawrence Arms.

It changes day by day... I was on a 90's kick this morning, Radiohead, Nirvana, Pearl Jam and Moist.

I like The Guess Who - No Sugar Tonight, for some reason that makes the rounds very often.

You could just go to Pro Bodies where they play CJAY 92 24/7.

I prefer listening to podcasts - the time seems to pass faster when your mind is lost in a discussion.

I like to listen to podcasts or audiobooks while warming up, but I find it pretty distracting once the (relatively) heavy lifting starts, and my form will typically suffer. Anyone have similar experience, or is it just me?

currently, Steppenwolf. Just came across it on random, hadn't listened to it for years.

Still rocks, and old enough to be interesting again.
