Maybe. I remember at one point it was thought that Ray Whitney was only doing well because he played with Pat Falloon.

In my eyes between Arnold, Reinhart and Knight the Flames have a really good shot at getting a solid two way 3rd line center.
I would love to see one of these guys turn into a Stoll type player for this team.

Let your previous expectations wash away and just enjoy Mikael Backlund.

I use chrome with Hola unblocker installed(so I can watch Hulu in Canada, I just voted for Johnny three times, once from Canada, once from Brazil and once from the States, may be an option if it continues to work. There are many more countries you can route through so maybe a way to make sure he wins?

Lol that's really the only question you can ask him.
"Why are you so good?"

Right now he's the cream of the crop. The top dog. It'll be interesting to see him humbled right back down to a prospect when he signs his first deal.
However, for all we know, once the kid steps on NHL ice, Calgary Flame ice to be exact, he may just take off and no one will be able to stop him.

I honestly have a hunch that that might just be the case. Because he's just that special. He's had better college career numbers than some big NHL stars and has shown that he can't be pushed around with any ease despite playing against larger men. He's also been very durable. Of course, we'll need to surround him with some 'beef' as Burke says, but I think the kid will just take off. I don't see him suddenly hitting a wall in terms of production. As long as he isn't physically injured or just overpowered, he's got too much skill not to do some great things at the next level as well. He's an elite talent plain and simple.

If Johnny does goes to the next level, his goal production may go down, but in return his assists will go up. Many people view his as a pure goal scorer. He's more of a right place right time and takes advantages of opportunities. Where still his greatest skill-set is ice vision and putting other ppl in the position to score.

Point streak stays alive...17 games in a row.
Johnny scores his 20th goal of the year, and only his 4th PP goal.

Two goals to end the night in a 6-4 BC win.
After 22 games, Gaudreau now has 21 goals and 21 assists, and still leads the nation in goals, points, points per game, game winning goals, and plus/minus.

I guess the empty netter was a lob shot from center ice on his backhand facing away from the net he was shooting on................................................ ...

Yeah, I just listened to the radio feed, so I want to see the replay, but the BC announcers were laughing about how the goal must look like a soccer net to him sometimes.
