LF General Park/Waterpark Maintenance Company

Greetings,

I'm on the board for my community association and we're in the preliminary stages of finding a company to contract for the general maintenance and repair of the local park. I'm wondering if anybody may know a company that would be capable of handling tasks such as snow removal, repair due to vandalism/wear and tear, garbage removal etc. The park contains a few play structures, a public washroom, a basketball court, and a small water park.

The water park is clearly the most specialized skill, and it's understandable that companies that could handle such a job are few and far between. Even if you know of companies that can do either/or I'd love to hear some names.

I know a guy who wanted to rebuild the entire thing and had grant money lined up for most of that cost, including a giant bucket that filled with water and would dump all over the place when it filled. The good ol' days!

On a more contributory note, I think that all a contractor would have to do to be able to deal with the waterpark though is get "licensed" to take care of pools. I'm not sure how arduous that is, but I believe its the same standard.

I forget to mention: ability to build a giant f'n fence would be considered an asset.
