Time for Winnipeg to start putting up a few points as well. They are starting to suck a little too much. Hopefully that game goes into OT.

Q will start with a full line shuffle, except for the Toews line

Sharp/Toews/Hossa
Bickell/Kruger/Kane
Saad/Handzus/Versteeg
Bollig/Shaw/Smith

Seakeith
Oduya/Hjarlmasson
Leddy/Kostka

Crawford

I expect that Kruger/Kane will be better than Handzus/Kane...and wouldn't be surprised to see Saad or Versteeg rotated up to Bickell's spot...I expect the 3rd line to be a hot mess...and the 4th line to be one of the better lines (as they have been for the last month or so), even with Shaw in Kruger's slot.

McBackup already lets 2 in against the Jets, although one was disallowed on a high stick.
Perfect example of a guy who could never elevate his game above the AHL.

I know that a lot of teams do little picks and rubs on zone exits, but, Montreal seems to get away with full on trap-blocks, like a football guard pulling behind the line, to smear the forechecker...But, I guess the home teams are allowed this...

Winnipeg is Le Bad.

How does Noel still have a job at this point?

He's the least worst compared to the current available coaches

I am enjoying all three feeds for the Blackhawks-Canadiens game. I mainly listened to the HNIC feed for the first period, second period was on RDS, and the third period will mostly be on WGN.

After two periods
The Habs lead 1-0, Markov with the goal and a great screen by Parros.

The Senators and Predatos are tied 1-1, Turris and Fisher with the goals in the second period.

The BJs lead 4-2. The Jets had a 1-0 lead after one period but the BJs turned it on in the middle period. Pavelec has been in net for all the goals, McElhinney is net for the BJs and Jenner scored on a penalty shot.

The Devils and Panthers are tied 1-1, Ryder and Bjugstad are the goal scorers.

After one period
It is 1-1 in the Ducks-Coyotes game and scoreless in the Avalanche-Wild game.

Are you talking about the stickless save by Crawford? I like how Plekanec was simply allowed to blatantly slash the stick out of CC's hand...I am surprised that the refs didn't find a way to avoid calling the DOG on Subban. I expect that short of embedding a stick in a 'Hawk skull, the Habs will be allowed to get away with ANY infraction in the 3rd.

Ha-ha...and a clear goal gets waived off, after Diaz backed Handzus into Price.

Good call by the referee, offensive players stay right on the crease line hoping the referee will call it in their favour.

Hwy...I don't think that Handzus touched Price until Diaz hit him.

It looks like Q is going with the 4th line more than the 3rd...not that surprised.
