Yeah that can be a lottle odd to get past, but the thing I found the hardest dating a 19 year old was not her (generally you pick someone within your maturity range regardless of age), but her friends. Oh god I can only sit through so many conversations about how one girl is a bitch for not liking her instagram photo or this passive aggressive facebook status hurt their feelings. They realize that none of that is real, right?
And this leads me to my own GMG. A few people of my generation are like this but I notice it more with people who just a couple years younger than I. I've honestly had conversations with peopel (usually girls) that were 30 min rants about a bunch of passive aggressive Facebook pissing matches. This person liked this photo but not mine. This person posted this picture here. I haven't talked to this person in forever and they liked my photo, creep. Like shut the f** up! None of this matters. These aren't even real relationships with people. Do you even like this person? No? Then why do you give a flying fata about what they do.don't do on Facebook.
Facebook kind of got big in my last year of highschool so I feel like I'm from a bit of a couple-year-blip generation (polak you would be too) where we have the innate computer skills that older generations don't seem to have, but can combine it with a source of real-life skills that were learned pre-facebook/cellphones/Apps/etc... And now people just a few years younger than me don't seem to be able to express themselves face-to-face in real words, but are happy to spout all their feelings on a public space for all their friends to comment on. And I hate getting lumped in with these people.
