There is zero chance the Oilers don't get the 1st or 2nd pick (barring the lottery) because after they lose tonight they play the Blues then Pens, then Hawks.
They'll be so low in the standings we'll need a drilling rig to reach them.

After returning for one game, Luongo is out of action again. No word yet on the severity of his ailment.
The Canucks have signed 43 year-old Rob Laurie to an emergency deal to back-up Lack tonight. Laurie did the same thing for the Ducks last season.

just bringing it up because so many are saying how bad the oilers are and how the Flames aren't really that bad.... The oil suck but so do we. I actually hope the oil can somehow string a bunch of wins together and jump up in the standings closer to 9th than 15th

I know... I was just saying it so I actually realized it. As much as I hate the oilers, I'm "happy" when they win games. I like that they scored and I hate that they scored and I hate that I like that they scored....
I hate the oilers but I want them to win
