MacDermid, Bancks and Elson sure seem to be getting a lot of ice time tonight.

Yea, their names are coming up quite a bit.

Also, small sample size but Foster seems to be a heck of a signing. He's been all over the net for the Heat and setting up Granlund and Baertschi. Baertschi has had a few nice ones set up and just didn't finish.

Hit the net boys. Please, just hit the net.
So many shots have just sailed clean past the net.

Jordan Kremyr has joined the Heat on an AHL contract.
This is a good addition. He was one of the more impressive players at training camp last season. He has a very good shot and good wheels.

Here's my write-up: http://wp.me/p47CLe-8H
Another Providence College alumni, I like the college flavour of the locker-room.

I know it's two weeks away, but everyone should be interested in how the Heat's games against the Grand Rapids Griffins go. The Griffins are an elite team in the AHL, so it'll be intriguing to see if the Heat are contenders or pretenders against them.

Yeah, been looking forward to those measuring stick games for a while now.

Too bad it's at the tail end of a tough 6 game road trip, but so goes it in Abby.

Also on the trip, they play the Checkers correct? Up against their long time running mate Greg Nemisz.

My bad, they don't play the Checkers on this trip, the Checkers come to Abby at the end of the next home stand.

			Game Day Preview: http://wp.me/p47CLe-9e

		| January 7th, 2014 – At least it’s warm.
The Abbotsford Heat (23-11-1-1) head to Texas after a so-so home stand where they went 2-2, sweeping OKC before being swept themselves by the Hamilton Bulldogs. The first roadblock on the trip comes tonight against the San Antonio Rampage (12-20-0-3) at 5PM PT/6PM MT.

Tonight’s match-up will be the 5th of 8 between the squad in 2013-14. Abbotsford has won all 4 previous contests, including once in the shootout.

So Digital Media Producer for the Heat, Ravi Sidhu, will be filming a 24/7-esque series on the Heat. Should be pretty neat. I'm really looking forward to it.
