Canada's youngsters don't have the mentality to win these tournaments. Too individual not nasty enough.

Wow. Just... Wow. I Monahan, Poirer might have helped the scoring... but Canada is losing it's identity as a super-hockey-power with the play this year.

So first we're blaming refs, now we're blaming the arena...? Both teams are playing on the same ice surface, in the same arena... Give me a break!

Don't be ridiculous.

Teuvo is a top 10 prospect in the league.

Canada needs to play well to win these games and can't just show up.

Another tournament without gold which sucks.

Frustrating as Canada clearly the better team and frustrating they piss away another tournament away.
 |
They were not clearly better the score was 5-1 Finland

Im a Finland fan tomorrow though, I tell ya that. Pretty good team.
 |
I didn't see the first two periods but in the third it took Canada 12 minutes to do anything. They couldn't get up for the most important period of the tournament.

That said, Finland was full marks for the win (from what I saw) and certainly stifled the Canadians

Talent wise you mean? Because Finland outplayed them badly.

The red team coached by Brent Sutter disappoints us. What a surprise.

Canada outclassed once again. The team wasn't playing the way Sutter wanted. Way too individualistic. Drouin is good but he was part of the problem.

Well looked to me that Canada was outworked, outchanced and outplayed. Time for Hockey Canada to review it's processes I think.

That's not a move to respect, Hakan. Got away with it but that's not greasy - that's right up there with purposely diving, etc. It ruins the integrity of the game.

Lets hope the injured guy was legitimately hurt.
