I'm going to have to say (aside from certain Canucks/Oilers players) Marchand is the player than I dislike the most. There's just something about that guy..

To me it's almost like someone saying they hate iginla. Kind of a 'what has he done to offend you?' Scenario.
That being said if you hate him simply because he makes Tampa better, then I can see where you're coming from.
I can't stand Tampa at all and I think Stamkos is overrated, heard he was a bit of a ###### canoe. To each their own. A lot of people hate Ovechkin for his over the top antics or Crosby from being perceived as a whiner during his early career. I just don't like Stamkos.
I was lucky to be watching this game when the greatest hipcheck in the history of hockey was laid against him.
and I might be a little biased on that because I am still of the opinion that Vladamir Konstantinov was one of the greatest Russian Defencemen to ever play

Totally agree. Nail is the man who made me remember that my dislike for Edmonton is, and always should be, stronger for Edmonton than it is for Vancouver. Watching him celebrate goals just makes me angry.
It's strange, though unsurprising, to see the shift from dislike for Edmonton shift to dislike for Vancouver over the years. I guess it's a product of success or lack thereof, but seriously... Edmonton, folks. Edmonton should always be hated/disliked the most. There's a long long history there.

I think the entire career of Russell Peters disagrees with you. It's all about context. I make a joke about the cheapness of the Dutch or the Scottish it's hilarious. Cause I am dutch/scottish.

My most hated current player, Bertuzzi, a hate that DOUBLES at the memory of him in a Canuck uni...most hated all-time, and remember, I am a Blackhawk fan, Chelios...I felt he was an ignorant, selfish, overrated player, that took bad penalties, and was the cause of more ignorant Chicago fans to turn on TWO of his D-Partners, Carney and Weinrich, because THEY looked bad when they were unable to cover for Chelios being caught up ice, usually yapping...
I am surprised that this thread has only mentioned P. Kane twice, although I could forgive his youthful indiscretions, and the guy is a joy to watch with a puck on his stick. And only one other current Blackhawk mentioned? Seabrook as a bit of a chippy edge (as does Sharp)...I am a little disappointed that there isn't more resentment of my guys.

Curious why Marc didn't make it onto that list. He stop for a few min to shake your hand and a bit of a small talk or something?
I can't stand the way Jordan and Eric play (especially Eric, who is one of the worst defensive players in the league). Both are the most overrated players in the NHL.
Marc is actually a good hockey player and plays very good defence. He lives up to his hype and the others don't.
