What's the book on Reinhart? Why is he considered first overall?

Maybe it's Randorf that is the issue?

Great offensive talent, solid defensive skills and a very smart player with "Hockey IQ."

I'm surprised they didn't call a crease violation on that goal.
Nice and greasy tho.

Puck was in the crease when Horvat was so he is okay to go in then.

Nice effort to get the puck to the net.

I thought it bounced out then back in.

Hockey commercials in general are just downright terrible. There hasn't been a good one since "die, maple leaf, die!"

Looked like he stepped out when it did but it was very close.

Of course, it doesn't help that I am only half listening.

Just watched the replay on the Russian kid taunting the bench. I'm torn between being disgusted with the cheap shot and being happy the donkey got hit in the mouth for doing something so unsportsmanlike.

Punishment was fitting for the crime I believe. Classless play, gets a stupid play from the US bench. Give the kid on the US bench a game if you really want, but would that carry to other tournaments?

I was pretty ok with the taunt. It's a bitter rivalry, and it's not like it's something we haven't seen from players from all walks of life (not just Russians).

Either way, you can't clip a guy in the face with your stick. That's ten times more disgusting than a taunt.

Does this include the things that are being said on-ice during scrums and before face-offs? While the Canadians may not partake in physical taunting, I think players from every country dishes out the verbal stuff.

I find it amusing that the relegation battle betwen Norway and Germany is a best-of-3 affair while the gold medal final is not. That's backasswards.

The Canada Cup best-of-3 finals were the best thing ever invented for international play.
