The three-way tie breaker is points in the games against each other:

Russia beat Switzerland 7-1 and lost to Finland 4-1. If Switzerland beats Finland, the three teams would each have 3 points in the three games played between the three teams, so it would go to the second tie breaker, which is goal differential in only the games between the tied teams.

In the second tie breaker, Russia is +3 (+6 against Switzerland, -3 against Finland). Switzerland is -6 plus whatever the margin of victory today ends up being, and Finland is +3 minus whatever the margin of victory today is.

So, unless Switzerland scores 9 unanswered goals in the third, they'll get ranked Russia-Finland-Switzerland.
