I don't want to watch the f'ing Senators. They should never be on HNIC, almost as bad as if they had the Jets on there.

That is why the Habs-Lightning game should be the national game!Quote:

'Hawks At St. Loo...2-1 'Hawks...Sharp and Shaw (a PP goal), for the 'Hawks...I think the Blues' goal went off LaPierre, but no announcement yet. Late in the 1st.

Sharp better make the Olympics team. Him and Toews might be better linemates than even Crosby and Kunitz. Although it might be better for the Blackhawks if he doesn't make the team, as a good portion of their lineup will be there for other teams (the others could use the needed rest).

Games in the second intermissionThe Lightning have recently tied the game against the Habs, 1-1. St. Louis with the tying goal.

Senators lead 3-1 over the Bruins. Make that 3-2 now as Iginla has just scored.
Red Wings and Panthers tied 2-2.

Devils lead 1-0 over the Islanders. Henrique with the lone goal.
Chicago just scored, 3-1 over the Blues.

 In the first intermission
Predators have a 1-0 lead over the Kings. Hornqvist with the goal.
Ducks have a 1-0 lead over the Coyotes. Koivu with the shorthanded goal, nice to see him score.

Of course, I'm biased, but you gotta love Sharp's versatility. Can play any forward position and is an average to good faceoff guy. Can play PK (although the 'Hawks don't use him as much anyore, but he led the NHL in SH goals a few years ago), and of course PK...including the point, where he has the ability to defend skating backwards...good skater and determined on the backcheck (see highlights from yesterday, when, after already scoring a hat-trick, and leading 4-0, Sharp skated down Matt Duchesne on a breakaway, stripped him cleanly, and fired a perfect stretch pass to spring Toews the OTHER way!)

Man iginla is playing great out there. Wish he could have been given a spot on team canada this year. I know everyone thinks he's too slow and there's too many other guys ahead of him but he's been such a huge part of the the two gold medals for canada that he deserves a chance to be the only hockey player in history with 3 gold medals.

Are we taking away all of Tretiak's medals now?

And just ignoring Womens hockey as well?

Watching the sens game live. Haven't seen Iggy score live since they got blown out by the leafs in toronto like 6 years ago. Always nice, even if he's not a flame

Very true... Totally forgot about that. But I'd still like him to go to Sochi.
