It seems like management thinks he`d be picked up which you would think would suggest he`d be able to play bottom pairing minutes. However Hartley seems to think Breen isn't an NHL defenseman and refuses to play him too much. They have to find a way to give him some playing time he's not going to get better without playing time and if he isn't being used up here the Heat could use him.
