With all the gifts and the presents and the shopping and the sales, let us not forget the REAL reason we are celebrating today.
It was today that a little baby was born that changed our lives and is a constant reminder of love, joy and happiness. While you all might not have this little one on in the forefront of your mind, and some might have let them slip out of your heart, I don't mean to be preachy, but if there ever was a day that it was appropriate to preach it is today. The real reason to celebrate today, my love and best friend's birthday. Happy Birthday to my darling wife, this wasn't where you thought this was going was it?

You forgot to buy beer? At Xmas? With your brother in town? That's crazy.
I haven't forgotten to buy beer when there is less than 12 in the fridge since I got my first job, let alone at Xmas.

today was pretty cool - our first christmas with our little girl. at 9 months old she had no clue what was going on. she was waaaay more interested in the bows on the presents than the presents themselves! ha! ha! and she totally cleaned up on gifts... what's up with that?!??! she had a bigger haul than my wife and i combined!!!

That is awesme Chris! The picture of your baby girl just made my Christmas. That bundle of joy is going to bring you and your wife many years of happiness. The looks in the face and the eyes of children at Christmas are priceless.
Btw you might want to get that one framed and hanging in her bedroom. She will enjoy looking at when she gets older.

Merry Christmas CP! Santa was a little early and dropped off our first child on Dec 21st. A healthy baby girl! Unfortunately the Grinch took my Mom after a long battle with cancer on the 15th. It's been a roller coaster week.

Was this the flight that ended up with some passengers almost rioting due to the delays? Read about it online yesterday and pretty sure it was Sunwing flying to Cancun.
