Steen's out? Well that's some relief. Would be great to snap the skid and get a good win before Christmas.

I know I always put in a half-assed effort at work on the last day before the Christmas break, so I hope the Blues do the same. Their arms are probably still tired from raising them in the air so often on Saturday night.

You can't spell "Stajan" without S-A-N-T-A.

Flames beat another big, hard-hitting team twice in LA. Anything can happen! Just hope for a close game at least. Blues are a hard-working team that is much bigger and much more skilled than the Flames. Going to be a tough one!

Maybe they will be in a bit of a lull after their two easiest points of the year on Saturday.

All I ask is that they make the game look respectable, as they usually do, just to rub it into the Oilers faces a little.

It looks like both Smid and Russell are out for tonight.

Gio-Smith, Butler-Brodie, Breen-SOB...That is one ugly d-core. It's almost Oiler ugly.

Flames are gonna get outhit and will get pounded physically. But at least I know they will go down swinging and put forth a good effort. A 2-1 win would be an awesome xmas gift.

Saw a tweet this morning that states the Blues are actually the second shortest team in the NHL, better not tell Burke that he thinks short is bad.

Santa, all I ask for this Christmas is that the Flames don't get slaughtered heading into the holiday break. I know I've been a good boy this year, so please try and keep it to no more than a six-goal margin.

Like little roley poley timbits rolling around the ice. A whole team of George Castanzas.

Either that or Keith Tkachuk is putting his toe on the scale when the Blues players are getting weighed.
